At Enzene, I got the opportunity to work with leaders who inspire to become top performers. As a project management person, I interact with people of diverse background and abilities. The workplace allows me to contribute my best at work, and have different viewpoints so that we can innovate.
I started my journey with Alkem Laboratories Ltd in 2013 in their discovery set up. I was really fortunate to become part of Enzene Biosciences Ltd in 2015 in CMC-RA team. The work culture, really focussed team and an innovation driven company motivates me each day to contribute towards achieving the goals of the organization.
Since the time I have joined Enzene two things always remain constant motivation and inspiration. Being from an Electrical Engineering background Enzene has given me huge exposure to different types of work an Engineer has to perform. This in turn, has provided me with rich experience into the different types of roles and responsibilities.
